Funds added to your FYERS account are credited instantly and are available for trading. However, these funds are not eligible for withdrawal on the same day.
As per the withdrawal policy, funds transferred today become eligible for withdrawal only from the next trading day, subject to the applicable withdrawal timings. This policy applies irrespective of the fund transfer method used.
Withdrawal of funds added on the same day
FYERS allows withdrawals only from your previous day's clear balance. Although funds added today are available for trading immediately, they are not reflected under your Withdrawable Balance until the next trading day.
This policy applies to funds added through:
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Payment Gateway
- IMPS
- NEFT
- RTGS
Balance after adding funds
- The transferred amount will be reflected in your Available Balance.
- It will not appear under your Withdrawable Balance.
- Only the previous day's settled balance is available for withdrawal.
Example
Suppose you add ₹10,000 to your FYERS account today and you do not have any existing withdrawable balance.
| Balance Type | Amount |
|---|
| Available Balance | ₹10,000 |
| Withdrawable Balance | ₹0 |
You can use the ₹10,000 immediately for trading. However, it becomes eligible for withdrawal only from the next trading day, subject to the applicable withdrawal timings.
What if...
| Scenario | Solution |
|---|
| I added funds today. | The funds become eligible for withdrawal from the next trading day. |
| I added funds after the withdrawal cut-off. | The funds become eligible for withdrawal from the next trading day. |
| Today is a weekend or market holiday. | The funds become eligible on the next trading day (next working market day). |
| I booked profits today (Equity/F&O). | Realised profits become withdrawable from the next trading day after settlement. |
| I already had a withdrawable balance and added more funds today. | You can withdraw only your existing withdrawable balance. Today's fund addition becomes eligible for withdrawal on the next trading day. |
