How to place a multi-leg order using basket mode from Options Chain in FYERS?

On the FYERS App, you can build and place multi-leg option strategies directly from the Options Chain using Basket Order. Add Buy/Sell legs in a tap, review every leg on one screen, then Execute immediately or Save the strategy to your Basket for later.

Step-by-step: Place a multi-leg orders on FYERS app

  1. Open the Options Chain of the required symbol.
  2. Turn ON the Basket mode toggle.
  3. Click on the strike price, then click " Add Buy" or "Add Sell" from the bottom sheet.
  4. Tap the bottom message (e.g., “2 legs added →”) to open the Order Window.
  5. Select Overnight or Intraday at the top.
  6. (Optional) Add an Order tag.
  7. Review Funds req / Funds avl / Net premium / Charges. If you see Insufficient funds, tap Add funds.
  8. Tap Execute to place the margin-optimised sequence, or Save to store it in your Basket for later.

Notes:

  • Edit legs before execution:long press the leg → set Buy/Sell, CE/PE, Expiry, Strike,Lot, choose Market/Limit, and enter Price if Limit → Apply.
  • Margin-optimised sequencing: Legs are sent in an order that targets the lowest margin.
  • Per-leg control: You can mix Market and Limit legs.
