Which Stocks Are Eligible, and What Leverage Is Offered for MTF on FYERS?

At FYERS, we offer access to more than 1,400 NSE-listed stocks under the Margin Trading Facility (MTF). These stocks are selected based on SEBI and exchange guidelines, and the list is reviewed periodically as part of our internal risk framework.

Where to Check Eligible Stocks

Always check the MTF list before placing a trade to avoid rejections.

If you are new to MTF, you may also read our guide on how MTF works .

How Much Can You Borrow?

You can borrow up to ₹50 lakh under MTF as of 2 June 2025. This allows you to take larger delivery positions while keeping exposure within risk limits.

Important: The ₹50 lakh limit is the maximum borrowing capacity. Any borrowing attempt beyond this amount will be restricted.

Understanding Interest Rates on Borrowed Amount

MTF interest follows a slab-wise structure . As your daily borrowing amount changes, the applicable interest rate may vary according to the slab.

You can track live MTF exposure in the Funds & Margin section on both the FYERS Web and App platforms.

MTF Leverage

We offer up to 4x leverage under MTF. The actual leverage depends on stock-specific factors such as liquidity, volatility, and regulatory controls. Higher-risk stocks may have lower leverage.

Tip: MTF leverage is dynamic. Always check the exact leverage in the order window or the MTF Calculator before placing a trade.
