How to register for CDSL Easiest services with FYERS?

Registering for CDSL's Easiest services via FYERS is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to successfully register:

  1. Navigate to the CDSL website. Input your BO ID & DP ID. For guidance on these IDs, refer to this article. Make sure to read and accept the terms and conditions.
  1. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to proceed.

  1. Set up your account details: choose a unique alphanumerical username, select a security question, provide the answer, and check the 'Trusted Account (Pin)' box. Click on 'Continue'.
  1. At this stage, your registration will appear as complete. Click on 'Ok'.
  1. You'll need to input the 16-digit Demat account number of the 'Trusted Account'. Authorise this ID using the OTP sent to your mobile. Once entered, proceed by clicking 'Ok'.




  1. The mapping request will be dispatched to CDSL. At this point, avoid making any alterations. Simply click on 'Continue'.




  1. After these steps, your registration is done and forwarded to FYERS for authorization.


  1. Post-authorization from our side, you can start using the services, such as initiating buyback, transferring shares, and more.
