How to re-activate my trading account?

If your trading account has been inactive for a certain period, it may be deactivated according to SEBI guidelines. There are two categories of inactive accounts:
  1. Inactive for More than a Year but Less than 2 Years: If your account falls into this category, the process to re-activate is straightforward. Here's what you need to do:
    • Log in to your 'My Account.'
    • Click on 'Reactivate Now' on the pop-up.
  1. Inactive for 2 Years or More: For accounts in this category, clients are required to redo their entire KYC (Know Your Customer) process offline. Follow these steps:
    • Download the reactivation document.
    • Take a printout of the document.
    • Fill out the form.
    • Courier the duly signed form along with the required documents to FYERS head office at the following address:
