How to Deactivate a Bank Account in Your FYERS Account?

If you no longer intend to use a particular bank account for trading-related transactions, you can deactivate it from your FYERS profile. This ensures only active and preferred accounts are available for deposits and withdrawals.

Steps to deactivate a bank account on FYERS App

  1. Open the FYERS App and log in.
  2. Tap on Funds available from the home screen.
  3. Tap on Banks.
  4. Under Manage Bank Accounts, locate the bank you want to deactivate.
  5. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the account.
  6. Select Deactivate and confirm the action.
  7. The account will move to the Archives section, where it will remain for reference.

Steps to deactivate a bank account on FYERS Web

  1. Log in to the FYERS Web.
  2. Click the Wallet (Funds) icon on the left panel.
  3. Select Banks from the Funds menu.
  4. Under Manage Bank Accounts, find the bank you want to deactivate.
  5. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the account.
  6. Select Deactivate and confirm the action.
  7. The account will be moved to the Archives section and will no longer be usable for deposits or withdrawals.

You cannot deactivate the account that is currently marked as Primary. Assign another linked bank as your Primary before deactivating.
