Reasons for Trading Account Reactivation Application Rejection

Why was my trading account reactivation application rejected?

If your offline application for reactivating a dormant account has been rejected, it may be due to any of the following reasons:
  1. Recent, clear photograph not attached.
  2. Documents not self-attested.
  3. KYC form has scratches or markings.
  4. Required fields in the KYC form left incomplete.
  5. KYC form not signed.
  6. Details in the KYC form do not match the supporting documents (e.g., pincode discrepancies).
  7. Whitener or correction fluid used on the KYC form.
  8. Name mismatch with Income Tax Department (ITD) records.
  9. PAN and address proof not attached.
  10. Overwriting on the KYC form.
  11. Proof of both correspondence and permanent addresses not provided.
  12. Attached proofs are unclear or unreadable.
  13. PAN card does not have a signature.
  14. Signature mismatch between the KYC form and the documents.
  15. Details mentioned in the KYC form are not readable.
