What is block size in FYERS Analytics and how do I use it?

On the Heatmap, Block size controls how big each stock’s block appears. Pick a metric for Block size to make larger or more active companies stand out at a glance.

FYERS Web

  1. Open Analytics › Heatmap.
  2. Click Block size.
  3. Pick the metric you want the block area to represent (for example, Market cap or Volume).
  4. Click Apply.
  5. (Optional) Use Reset inside the Block size dialog to clear just this choice, or Reset all on the top toolbar to revert the entire Heatmap.

FYERS App

  1. Go to Markets (bottom nav) › AnalyticsHeatmap.
  2. Tap the three lines icon (top right) to open Preferences.
  3. Open Block size, choose the metric for block area (for example, Market cap or Volume), then tap Apply at the bottom.
  4. (Optional) Tap Reset at the bottom of Preferences to clear your changes.

Notes

  • Block size changes only the area of each block (not the colour).
  • Choose a size metric that fits your goal: bigger companies (Market cap) or higher activity (Volume).
  • Reset all (Web toolbar) restores the Heatmap to default settings.
