Futures Volume shows the number of futures contracts traded over time for the selected symbol. It helps you understand how actively the futures contract is being traded during the session.
What does this chart display?
The Futures Volume chart displays two key elements:
- Bars (Volume):
Each bar represents the total futures contracts traded during that time interval (for example, every 5 minutes). - Line (Symbol Price):
The line shows the price movement of the underlying index or stock alongside the futures volume.
This allows you to compare price movement vs trading activity.
