What does the Peer Comparison in FYERS mean for investors?
When evaluating a stock in FYERS, investors can view a “Peer Comparison” table under the Fundamentals tab. This table provides side-by-side financial metrics of related companies operating in the same sector. It helps users compare key performance indicators like valuation, profitability, and market size—making it easier to assess how a company stacks up against its competitors.
This feature is currently available on FYERS Web and offers customisable metrics with real-time and recent data pulled from NSE-listed stocks.
What is the Peer Comparison table?
The Peer Comparison section is a read-only table designed to help investors benchmark a stock against other companies in the same sector. FYERS auto-selects peer companies based on their industry classification, not on user-defined lists. These include large-cap and mid-cap players, giving a quick snapshot of where a company stands in terms of valuation, profitability, and financial health.
