What are the timings for gifting shares on FYERS?
You can initiate a gifting transaction anytime from 12:00 AM to 05:30 PM on a trading day. Here's what you need to know:
If you start the gifting process within the aforementioned timeframe, the CDSL authorization will be sent between 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM on the same day.
Once the authorization is complete, the gifted shares will be credited to the Giftee’s Demat account by the end of the day.
Note:
Gifting transactions initiated from 5:31 PM to 11:59 PM on a trading day won't be processed. In such cases, please place your order after 12:00 AM on the following trading day.
The gifting feature is unavailable on weekends and market holidays.
