How Do I View, Filter, and Sort Orders in the Order Book on FYERS?

The Order Book lists every order you placed for the selected period. You can switch views, filter by date, status, segment, exchange, or symbol, sort by any column, and download the report as PDF or CSV.

What is the Order Book?

It is a consolidated log of your orders with columns such as Name, Date & time, Side, Product type, Status, Order type, Total qty, and Executed Qty.

Steps to view, filter, and sort

FYERS App

  1. Open the FYERS App and log in.
  2. Go to Menu (≡) → Reports → Order book.
  3. Choose a layout: Calendar or Table.
  4. Set the Date range from the FY selector or Preferences → Date range and pick a financial year or Custom range.
  5. Apply Filters in Preferences → Filters, then tap Generate:
    • Status: All, Executed, Cancelled, Rejected
    • Segment: All, Equity, Derivatives, Currency, Commodity
    • Exchange: All, NSE, BSE, MCX
    • Use Reset to clear selections.
  6. Filter by Symbol: Preferences → Symbol, search and select a symbol, then Generate.
  7. Use the Search icon to find a symbol or text within the list.
  8. Sort by tapping a column header such as Name, Date & time, Status, Order type, Total qty, or Executed Qty. Tap again to toggle the order.
  9. Tap Download and choose PDF or CSV.

FYERS Web

  1. Log in to FYERS Web.
  2. Go to Reports → Order book.
  3. Choose Calendar or Table view.
  4. Set Date range from the FY selector or open Preferences → Date range and select a financial year or Custom range.
  5. Apply Filters via Preferences → Filters, then click Generate:
    • Status: All, Executed, Cancelled, Rejected
    • Segment: All, Equity, Derivatives, Currency, Commodity
    • Exchange: All, NSE, BSE, MCX
    UseReset to clear filters.
  6. Filter by Symbol: Preferences → Symbol, search and select a symbol, then Generate.
  7. Use the table Search icon to find a symbol or text.
  8. Click any column header to sort. Click again to toggle ascending or descending.
  9. Click Download and choose PDF or CSV.

Start with Date range and one key filter, then sort by Date & time to review orders quickly.

What If...

ScenarioSolution
No orders appear for a periodExpand the Date range or choose another FY. Orders outside the selected period are not shown.
Filters return too few or too many resultsOpen Preferences → Filters, adjust selections, then Generate. Use Reset to clear all filters.
You only want one symbolUse Preferences → Symbol, search and select the symbol, then Generate.
Sorting does not seem to changeClick or tap the same header again to toggle the sort order. Date & time sorts chronologically.
