Your holdings statement shows the securities held in your Demat account on a selected date. It includes a summary of invested value, current value, and unrealised P&L, plus security wise details. You can download it as PDF or CSV for reconciliation and records.
A holdings statement is a snapshot of your Demat holdings for a specific date. If you had no holdings on that date, the statement will be empty.
| Scenario | Solution |
|---|---|
| No holdings appear for the chosen date | You likely had no Demat holdings on that date. Pick another date when positions existed. |
| Need a spreadsheet for reconciliation | Use Download CSV to analyse in Excel or Google Sheets. |
| Pledged or T1 quantities seem missing | Check whether the statement includes pledged or unsettled shares. If excluded, verify in Portfolio and on the settlement date. |
| Quantities do not match the live Portfolio view | Ensure the same date is selected. Corporate actions and settlements can cause day to day differences. |
| Average price looks incorrect | Average price reflects historical trades and corporate actions. Cross check your trade book and corporate action adjustments. |
