Issues placing a withdrawal request on FYERS can arise due to:

  1. Absence of a Demat account paired with your trading account. Here, you'll need to request a withdrawal via the 'old back office' (navigate to Request > Withdraw Funds > View Punch > Enter Amount > Payment).
  2. Insufficient fund balance. Always inspect your ledger balance and available margin before making a withdrawal request.
  3. The presence of unsettled/used funds. These are funds awaiting settlement or currently used as margin or for open positions. You can't withdraw these funds until they're settled or freed up.
  4. A withdrawal request exceeding the 'Withdrawal Amount' available.
