Reactivating Dormant or Inactive Trading Accounts

What should I do if my trading account becomes dormant or inactive?

In the event that your trading account becomes dormant, typically after 12 months of inactivity, it will be deemed inactive and subsequently deactivated by the exchange.

To reactivate your account, you will need to verify your KYC (Know Your Customer) details. This verification process is crucial to ensure that your account remains secure and compliant with regulatory standards.
