Before booking Expert Help for transferring holdings from another broker to FYERS, you must first complete the CDSL Easiest registration for the Demat account where your securities are currently held.
This ensures that the Expert Help session can begin from the next stage of the transfer process, such as BO Linking, Trusted Account setup, and Bulk Setup.
Complete CDSL Easiest registration first
Register for CDSL Easiest using your source Demat account — the account with the broker where your holdings are currently available.
Do not register using your FYERS Demat account, as FYERS is the destination account for the transfer.

Details required during registration
Keep the following details ready:

Source Demat account DP ID and Client ID

Access to the mobile number registered with the source Demat account

Access to the email registered with the source Demat account
During registration:

Enter the source DP ID and Client ID.

Complete OTP verification using the registered mobile number and email.

Create your CDSL Easiest login credentials.

Set the required security question.

Select Trusted Account (PIN) when prompted.

Submit the registration request.

Complete any authentication required by your existing broker or Depository Participant (DP).
Registration approval timeline
After submitting the CDSL Easiest registration, allow 24–48 hours for FYERS to approve the registration.
