When participating in an Offer for Sale (OFS) through FYERS, retail investors must follow exchange-specified rules for the minimum and maximum bid amounts.
The floor price is the minimum bid price at which investors can apply for shares. This price is set by the promoters or large shareholders and is announced publicly one or two days before the OFS date.
| Scenario | Solution |
|---|---|
| Floor price revised | You will be notified; update your bid accordingly. |
| Bid exceeds ₹2 lakh | The bid may be rejected; reduce your quantity or price to stay within the limit. |
| Want to invest more than ₹2 lakh | We do not support non-retail OFS categories; alternative routes must be considered. |
