How to Raise a Request for Voluntary Freezing in FYERS?
You can raise a request to voluntarily freeze your FYERS trading account directly through the platform. This action blocks all trading and login access until you unfreeze the account. Freezing is available on both FYERS Web and App.
Once frozen:
- You will not be able to log in or place orders
- Holdings and funds remain secure
- Unfreezing can be done instantly with OTP
On FYERS App
- Open the FYERS App and log in.
- Tap the menu (☰) and go to My Profile.
- Navigate to the Others tab.
- Tap Freeze Account.
- Enter the OTP sent to your email or mobile.
- Your account will be frozen instantly after OTP verification.
On FYERS Web
- Go to https://fyers.in/web and log in.
- Go to the Profile section.
- Click on the Others tab.
- Scroll to the Freeze Account section and click Freeze.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered email or mobile number.
- Once verified, your account will be frozen immediately.
Your account cannot be frozen unless all open positions are closed. Ensure you square off your trades first.
