How to unfreeze my trading account?

To request the unfreezing of your FYERS trading account, follow these steps:
  1. Send an email to [email protected] requesting to unfreeze your trading account.
  2. You can also call our support team at 080-47349053 and request the unfreeze.
Ensure that the request is made from your registered email or mobile number for it to be processed. The support team will handle your request to ensure your account is securely unfrozen.
Once the account is unfrozen:
  • Resume Trading: Your account will be unfrozen within 24 working hours and you can resume trading activities from the next trading day.
  • PIN Reset Advice: We suggest you to reset your PIN after logging in.
