How Do Mail Alerts Work, and What Inputs Are Required?
The mail alert action in Automate sends an email notification when an automation reaches a specific step. It is used to notify you about important automation events, signals, or conditions via email.
This action is informational only and does not place, modify, cancel orders, or affect positions.
How do mail alerts work?
When a mail alert action node is executed:
- An email is sent to your registered email ID.
- The email contains an Alert title (subject) and an Alert description (email body).
- The automation continues to the next connected node after sending the email.
- No trading or account-related action is performed by this node.
