Monitoring the Status of Gift Transactions on FYERS

How do I track the status of my gifts?

To keep tabs on your gifting transactions, follow these steps:
  1. Log into 'My Account'.
  2. Choose the 'Gifts' option.
  3. Click on the 'Status' tab. Here, you'll see a summary of your gifting transactions.
The possible statuses are:
  • Success: Your gift transaction has been successfully processed and sent to the Giftee.
  • Pending: The gift transaction is in process and will be sent shortly as per the timings.
  • Failed: The gift didn't go through. Possible reasons include:
    • Not completing the CDSL Authorization sent to your registered contact details.
    • Attempting to gift shares that are currently pledged.
