How do I Invest in Mutual Funds Through FYERS (SIP or One-Time)?
Mutual fund investments on FYERS can be made either as a one-time (lumpsum) transaction or through a Systematic Investment Plan (SIP). Both options are available on the FYERS App and Web platforms, and an active bank mandate is required only for SIPs.
Steps to Invest in Mutual Funds
You can invest in mutual fund schemes either through SIPs or by making one-time contributions.
On FYERS App
- Log in and go to Menu > Mutual funds
- Browse or search for a mutual fund scheme
- Tap the scheme and choose SIP or One-time
- Enter the investment amount
- For SIP: Select frequency (e.g., monthly) and start date - Confirm the investment using your registered bank mandate
On FYERS Web
- Log in at FYERS Web and go to Mutual Funds
- Use the search or filters to find a scheme
- Click the scheme card and select SIP or One-time
- Enter the investment amount and scheduling details
- Complete the transaction using your selected payment method

Minimum amount | Starts from ₹100 (varies by fund) | Starts from ₹100 (varies by fund) |
Use case | Long-term, disciplined investing | Immediate fund deployment |
Setup | Requires active bank mandate | Does not require mandate (UPI/netbanking allowed) |
You can track all SIPs and one-time investments from the Orders > Mutual Funds section on both the FYERS App and Web platforms.
What if...
Scenario | Explanation |
---|
You want to invest monthly | Set up an SIP using your bank mandate. |
You’ve already invested and want to add more | You can invest again in the same scheme using the one-time option. |
You miss an SIP instalment | That month’s SIP is skipped and won’t be retried automatically. |
You want to change SIP amount or schedule | Cancel the existing SIP and set up a new one with updated details. |
Only SIP or one-time is available | Some schemes are restricted by the AMC or exchange; FYERS shows only allowed options. |
