Can minors trade in futures and options with FYERS?

No, they can't. As per SEBI guidelines, minors are prohibited from trading in the following segments:

  1. Equity Intraday
  2. Currency Derivatives
  3. Equity Derivative
  4. Commodity Derivatives.
​When you initiate the process of opening an account for your child with FYERS, only the Equity & Mutual Fund segments will be activated by default.
