Why is the the money added using UPI not reflecting in Trading account?
The funds transfer online through net banking or by filling the NEFT/RTGS form at your bank branch. Your trading account shall reflect the balance transferred within 2-4 hours while IMPS Transfers shall automatically reflect the balance transferred within 10-30 minutes.
If you do not see the credit in your trading account immediately after transferring funds from the instant payment gateway or after the stipulated time for IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/UPI transfers, you need to send us a screenshot of the debit from your bank account to [email protected] so we can coordinate with the bank and the payment gateway. If the payment fails for any reason, you will need to wait at least 24 hours for the funds to reflect in your trading account. We will try and get this done as soon as possible.
Note: Please attach the debited bank statement for quicker resolution.
