If you’ve transferred money via UPI and it hasn’t reflected in your FYERS trading account, don’t worry—this is typically caused by delays in processing or reconciliation. These issues can arise from your bank, the payment gateway, or syncing lags between systems.

If you’ve used FYERS’ UPI-based Instant Payment Gateway, funds should appear immediately. For other UPI transfers, some delay is possible based on your bank’s response time.
The FYERS team will work with the payment gateway and your bank to trace and credit the amount.
If the transaction has failed but funds are debited, banks may auto-reverse the payment within 24 hours. Sending your debit proof speeds up resolution.
