Why is my order rejected stating "Non compliant account due to Aadhaar PAN seeding / Nomination"?
If you receive a message saying "Non compliant account due to Aadhaar PAN seeding / Nomination," it means that you have not completed one or both of the following procedures:
- You have not linked your PAN with your Aadhaar.
- You have not updated your nomination status.
As per the mandate, it is necessary to complete both of these procedures on or before 31st March 2023. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of your account from 1st April 2023 onwards.
Note:
- From 27th March 2023 onwards, you will not be able to take new trading positions if you have not completed the required procedures.
- Any existing positions that you may have will be squared-off by our Risk team between the 30th and 31st of March 2023 if you have not completed the required procedures.
