Why hasn’t my payout been credited to my bank account yet?

Your payout may take time to reach your bank account depending on when you placed the withdrawal request, the withdrawal type, your account activity, holidays, and bank processing times.

Standard payout timelines

Regular Withdrawal

When you place the requestWhen you will receive the payout

Your bank may take additional time to show the credit after FYERS sends the payout.

If you have open commodity positions or orders in the MCX or NCOM segment, a Regular Withdrawal placed during the same-day it will be processed on the next trading day.

Instant Withdrawal

An eligible Instant Withdrawal request is usually credited within 60 seconds.

The following conditions apply:

  • Amount: You can withdraw between ₹100 and ₹2,00,000 per request. Only one Instant Withdrawal request is allowed per day.
  • Timing: Requests can be placed between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The service is available on weekends but not on trading or settlement holidays.
  • Positions and orders: You must not have any open positions, orders, Smart Orders such as bracket orders, or MTF or F&O positions.
  • Bank account: The service is not available for UCO Bank or Paytm Payments Bank accounts.
  • Available funds: Only the amount shown in your withdrawable balance can be withdrawn. Funds received after settlement can be withdrawn on the next trading day.
  • Mock trading: Instant Withdrawal is not available during mock trading sessions.

If you do not meet these conditions, place a Regular Withdrawal request instead.

How can I check my withdrawal status?

Open the Transaction History section in FYERS and check the latest status of your withdrawal request.

If FYERS has completed the payout, allow your bank additional time to show the credit in your account.
