Why is my contract note delayed from FYERS?

Why didn't I receive my contract note?

Contract notes are usually dispatched to your registered email address within 24 hours following the market's closure. Every trading day's end sees the Exchange/s share trade files and relevant charges for all clients. On occasions, these files reach us late in the evening or even at night, which can cause minor delays in processing and subsequently dispatching the contract note.

Such occurrences are infrequent, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

Note: Should there be substantial delays, we will promptly update you through a notice on our noticeboard.
