Why Aren’t My Bank Details Visible on the FYERS platform?
If your registered bank is not supported for instant fund transfers, its details may not appear under the UPI or Netbanking options in the Funds section. This applies to both FYERS Web and the FYERS App. You can still add funds using NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or UPI.
Why Your Bank Details May Not Appear
FYERS supports instant fund transfers through select partner banks. If your registered bank is not supported for instant transfers, it will not appear under the instant gateway options available through UPI or Netbanking.
How to Add Funds if Your Bank Is Not Listed
Using NEFT or RTGS
- Add FYERS Securities Pvt. Ltd. Client A/C as a beneficiary through your bank’s Netbanking portal.
- Use the Virtual ID 358111358111 as the beneficiary account number.
- Funds generally reflect in your trading account within 2–4 hours.
Using IMPS
- Add FYERS Securities Pvt. Ltd. Client A/C as a beneficiary using the same details provided for NEFT or RTGS.
- Use the Virtual ID 358111358111 as the beneficiary account number.
- Funds generally reflect in your trading account within 10–30 minutes.
Using UPI
You can use the UPI option available in the Funds section. For detailed instructions, refer to the FAQ on transferring funds through UPI.
Always use the Virtual ID when adding FYERS as a beneficiary for NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS transfers. This helps ensure that the funds are credited to the correct trading account.
What If?
| Scenario | Solution |
|---|
| My bank is not listed under the instant gateway options | Add funds using NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or UPI. |
| I cannot find the Virtual ID | Open the Fund Transfer page and check the Netbanking section for the Virtual ID. |
| My transferred funds have not reflected | Contact FYERS Support and share the transaction details along with the bank transfer proof. |
| My bank account is not visible after adding or updating it | The bank account may still be under verification. Verification can take up to 2 working days. Once verified, the bank account will automatically appear and can be used for fund transfers. |
