Why aren't my bank details visible on the FYERS platform?
If your registered bank isn’t partnered with FYERS for instant payment services, your account details may not appear in the fund transfer section. However, you can still add money to your trading account using alternate methods.
Why This Happens
- FYERS has instant fund transfer partnerships with 24+ major banks.
- If your registered bank is not among them, it won't show up in the instant gateway options.
- This is applicable only for instant transfers—manual methods are still available.
How to Transfer Funds If Your Bank Isn’t Listed
You can use the following manual methods:
1. NEFT/RTGS
- Add FYERS Securities Pvt Ltd Client AC as a beneficiary in your bank’s Netbanking portal.
- Use the Virtual ID as the account number (e.g., 358111358111).
- Funds reflect within 2–4 hours.
2. IMPS
- Follow the same steps as NEFT/RTGS.
- Funds usually reflect within 10–30 minutes.
3. UPI
You can also view the required Virtual ID by visiting the Fund Transfer page and selecting Netbanking.
Always use the Virtual ID when adding FYERS as a beneficiary for NEFT/RTGS/IMPS transfers to ensure proper credit to your trading account.
