Why am I not getting referral amount for referring my friends and family to FYERS?
If you've referred your friends and family, you'll be eligible for 20% of the brokerage generated by them. However, if you're not receiving your referral amount, it could be due to any of the following reasons:
- Your referral/s might've not generated the minimum brokerage of ₹500 during the month.
- You've crossed one year since the Demat account opening of your referee.
For instance, Rajesh referred his friend to FYERS expecting a referral benefit of 20% on the brokerage generated by his friend. Rajesh expected to receive some referral amount at the end of the month and did receive the brokerage of. He wondered why he was not getting the referral amount and contacted the customer support. They explained to him that there could be two reasons for this:
- Ravi might have not generated the minimum brokerage of ₹500 during the month. This means that Ravi did not pay enough brokerage to FYERS.
- Rajesh might have crossed one year since the Demat account opening of Ravi. This means that Rajesh’s referral period was over and he was no longer eligible for the referral amount.
