When will the dividend be credited into my trading account?

Dividends are not credited to your trading account. Instead, they are directly transferred to your registered bank account by the company disbursing the dividend.

Timeline for Dividend Credit

  • The dividend is credited within 30–45 days from the Ex-Dividend date
  • The credit is processed by the company or its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA)

Where is the dividend credited?

  • Not credited to your FYERS trading account or ledger
  • Directly credited to your bank account linked to your Demat account
To ensure timely dividend receipt, make sure your bank details are correctly linked to your Demat account.
