When will my pledged stocks be invoked at FYERS?
If, after trading with your pledged margins, your account indicates a debit balance (a negative figure), you are obligated to clear this by transferring additional cash funds. Failing to infuse the required funds will lead to our risk team invoking the pledge, essentially selling your holdings to offset the losses. This measure is not taken impulsively. You will be informed in advance through both a phone call and an email.
Note: In situations where you have open trading positions, our RMS will square off these positions before the invocation of the pledge.
