When Can IPO Orders Be Placed on FYERS?

You can apply for IPOs from 10:00 AM on the opening day until 5:00 PM on the closing day. Applications submitted during market hours are processed on the same day. Applications submitted outside market hours are processed on the next day.

IPO Application Time

You can apply for an IPO between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM on trading days.

You can also use the pre-apply option one day before the IPO opens to submit your application early. You can make changes to your IPO application only between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM on trading days.

Once you submit your application, FYERS sends it to the exchange and starts the UPI mandate process.

UPI Mandate

Approve the UPI mandate by 5:00 PM on the IPO's closing day.

If you submit your IPO application after 5:00 PM, the UPI mandate request is initiated on the next day when the IPO application window opens at 10:00 AM.

The UPI mandate request is sent by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) after your application is submitted successfully.

If you do not receive the UPI mandate request within one hour of submitting your application successfully, delete the application and submit it again to avoid delays.

Processing Time

IPO applications are not processed in real time and may take several minutes to a few hours.

Applications received after 3:00 PM on the last day are sent to the exchange on a best-effort basis. The exchange may not accept applications after 5:00 PM.

To help ensure timely processing, submit your IPO application before 3:00 PM on the last day.
