| Pending | Your buyback request has been submitted successfully and is awaiting processing or exchange confirmation. |
| Accepted | Your request has been accepted successfully for the buyback process. |
| Rejected | Your request was not accepted. This may happen due to reasons such as insufficient shares in your Demat account, selling the shares after placing the request, or invalid bid details. |
| Cancelled | Your buyback request has been cancelled either by you or due to exchange/company-related reasons. |
| Processed/Completed | The buyback settlement has been completed successfully, and the payout and share settlement process has been initiated or completed. |
