Strategy Finder is a feature within Options Strategy Builder on FYERS that suggests suitable options strategies based on your market view. It helps you identify potential strategies without having to decide the strategy structure on your own.
Strategy Finder is designed for traders who know their market outlook but are unsure which options strategy fits that view best.
To use Strategy Finder, you select an underlying such as an index or stock and specify your market view. This could include expectations such as the price moving up, moving down, staying within a range, or remaining flat.
You can also choose an expiry and, where applicable, provide a target price. Based on these inputs, Strategy Finder displays a list of options strategies that align with your selected market view.
For each suggested strategy, Strategy Finder shows the strategy name, the option legs involved, and key metrics such as maximum profit, maximum loss, margin requirement, probability of profit, and other relevant details.
These details help you compare different strategies and understand their potential risk and reward before taking any action.
When you select a strategy from the Strategy Finder results, it opens inStrategy Builder with the option legs prefilled. You can review the structure, modify the legs if required, and then choose to execute the strategy or apply conditions for execution.
Strategy Finder does not place any trades automatically. All actions require user confirmation.
Strategy Finder can be accessed from the Options tab by selecting Overview on both FYERS Web and App.
