Algo Trading. Without The Coding. Describe your strategy in plain English. FYERS AI turns it into a real automation you can backtest and deploy.
FIA in FYERS Automate lets you describe your trading strategy as you would normally explain it. Based on the rules you provide, FIA builds the corresponding automation on the Automate canvas using supported triggers, conditions, actions, and other components.
What can I do with FIA in Automate?
You can use FIA to:
- Create a new automation from a plain-English strategy description.
- Build an automation step by step through conversation.
- Modify an automation already on the canvas.
- Add, remove, or change parts of an existing workflow.
- Understand how an automation works.
- Ask what specific triggers, conditions, or actions do.
- Understand configuration errors, work through fixes, and validate an automation.
You can also switch between Use FIA and Create Manually. This means you can describe the strategy through FIA and still work directly with the automation canvas when needed.
How does FIA fit into the Automate workflow?
The intended journey is:
Describe. Backtest. Deploy.
You describe the trading rules and FIA builds the automation. You review and backtest it using historical data. You then decide whether to deploy it.
Deployment remains under your control.
Does FIA decide what I should trade?
No.
FYERS AI builds what you describe; it does not suggest what you should trade. You remain responsible for defining the strategy, instruments, conditions, quantities, risk rules, and exits.
FIA also does not guarantee that a strategy will generate profits or produce a particular trading result.
What If?
| Scenario | What to do |
|---|
| What if I already have an automation? | Open the automation and use FIA to explain or modify its existing logic instead of creating a new one. |
| What if I want to build the workflow myself? | Switch to Create Manually and use the Automate canvas directly. |
| What if my strategy description is incomplete? | FIA can ask for the missing information before completing the workflow instead of filling in critical trading logic on its own. |
| What if I only want to understand the available Automate nodes? | Use the Explain nodes option in FIA to learn what the available building blocks do. |
