What is a Schedule Order?
A Schedule Order in FYERS allows you to place an order outside regular market hours. This feature is especially useful if you're unavailable during trading hours but want to ensure your order is placed as soon as the market opens the next day.
Previously known as an After Market Order (AMO), the Schedule Order ensures seamless planning by automating order placement at market open.
What is a Schedule Order?
A Schedule Order is:
- An order placed after market hours (post 3:30 PM IST on trading days)
- Executed automatically on the next trading day based on the price and order type you selected
Example:
Ms. Parineeti wants to invest in equity but will be busy during market hours tomorrow. She places a Schedule Order today after the market closes. FYERS will automatically send her order to the exchange when the market opens the next day.
