What information can I view in the Overview tab on FYERS?

The Overview tab on FYERS gives you a quick glance at essential stock information—everything from current price movements to historical highs, all in one clean interface. If you're scanning the market or just checking in on a stock, this is where you'll likely start.

What you’ll find in the Overview tab

Price and range

  • Last traded price (LTP): The most recent market price of the stock
  • Previous close: The price at which the stock closed in the last session
  • Open: The price at which the stock opened today
  • Day high / Day low: Intraday price range for the current trading session
  • 52-week high / low: The highest and lowest traded prices over the past year

Exchange and market info

  • Exchange toggle: You can switch between NSE and BSE using the selector near the stock name. The highlighted tag indicates the active exchange.
  • Market cap label: FYERS categorizes stocks as Largecap, Midcap, or Smallcap, shown as a blue tag.

Circuit limits

  • Upper circuit / Lower circuit: The maximum and minimum price movement allowed for the stock during the day, based on exchange rules

Volume data

  • Traded volume: Shows how many shares or lots have been traded during the session

Performance chart

  • Stock trend line: A compact chart visualizes the stock’s price performance
  • Time filters: You can change the chart view between 1D, 1W, 1M, 1Y, YTD, or Max
  • Benchmark comparison: The chart includes index overlay to compare the stock’s movement relative to the market

What if the Overview tab is blank or not loading?

  • The stock might be temporarily suspended or delisted
  • Your internet connection may be unstable—try refreshing the page
  • If it’s a newly listed stock, some fields like 52-week range may not yet have data
