What is the FYERS referral program?

The FYERS Referral Program allows clients to invite friends or family members to open a FYERS demat account. When the referred person completes the required steps and places their first eligible trade, both the referrer and the referred person receive FYERS Credits.

Eligibility for the referral program

The referral program is available to clients holding the following account types:

  • Individual retail accounts
  • Individual NRI accounts

The following account types are not eligible:

  • Non-individual accounts
  • Corporate accounts
  • Minor accounts

There is no limit on the number of eligible referrals a client can make.

Credits for a successful referral

The referrer and the referred person each receive 1,000 FYERS Credits worth ₹1,000 when the referred person:

  • Uses the referrer’s unique referral link.
  • Verifies their mobile number by entering the OTP.
  • Completes the account-opening process within 45 days from the date of mobile number verification through the referral link.
  • Places their first eligible transaction.

An eligible transaction is a trade that generates brokerage.

Credits for a FYERS Prime referral

If the referred person purchases FYERS Prime through the referral link, the referrer and the referred person can each receive an additional 1,000 FYERS Credits.

The FYERS Prime subscription reward is evaluated separately from the first-trade reward. Each eligible person can therefore earn:

  • 1,000 FYERS Credits for the referred person’s first trade.
  • 1,000 FYERS Credits for the referred person’s FYERS Prime subscription.
  • Total potential reward: 2,000 FYERS Credits.
Note: One FYERS Credit is equivalent to ₹1.

Credit timeline

Eligible FYERS Credits are added on the same day after the referred person places their first eligible trade or purchases a FYERS Prime subscription.

The credited amount can be viewed in the Credits section under Profile.

Using FYERS Credits

FYERS Credits are automatically adjusted against applicable brokerage charges or Prime purchase. 

FYERS Credits cannot be:

  • Withdrawn as cash.
  • Transferred to another FYERS account.
  • Transferred to a bank account.

Validity of FYERS Credits

FYERS Credits are valid for up to one year from the date on which they are credited.

The expiry date of each credit entry can be checked under the Expiry section on the Credits page.
