What happens if a referred customer clicks multiple FYERS referral links?
When a referred customer uses more than one FYERS referral link, the first referral link used is considered valid. The referral remains attributed to the original referrer for 45 days from the date the customer verifies their mobile number on the referral page.
Referral attribution
- Clicking another referral link during the 45-day attribution period does not change the original referrer.
- The referrer whose link was used first receives the applicable referral credits after the referred customer completes the required qualifying action.
- Completing account opening through a different referral link does not replace the original referral attribution.
Eligibility for existing FYERS customers
If the referred customer has already opened a FYERS account through an earlier referral, clicking another referral link does not make them eligible for an additional first-trade referral credit.
However, an existing FYERS customer who has not previously subscribed to FYERS Prime may still qualify for the Prime referral credit after the 45-day attribution period linked to the first referral has ended.
Referral validity period
The referred customer must complete the account-opening process within 45 days from the date they verify their mobile number through the first referral link.
If the account-opening process is not completed within this period, the referral benefits are not applied.
Note: The first referral link used determines the referral attribution during the applicable 45-day period.
