| You submitted a POI document, but not a PAN | PAN is mandatory; your application will be rejected without it |
| Your address differs from what’s on the document | Submit an updated document showing your current residential address |
| The uploaded document is unclear or unreadable | Upload a clearer image with all details visible |
| You don’t have any of the accepted address proofs | Contact us for help with alternate address verification methods |
| You hold a professional ID (e.g., ICAI, Bar Council) | This can be used as a supporting POI, but PAN is still required |
