What chart settings can I customise in FYERS and how do they work?

Charts in FYERS come with customisable preferences that help you maintain continuity, context, and cleaner visual insights while analysing stocks or placing trades. These settings are particularly useful for active traders and chart-based decision-makers.

You can access chart preferences from the Settings panel in the top-right corner of your screen or from any active chart view.

Feature overview

FYERS currently offers three key settings to enhance your charting experience:

  • Corporate Actions: Displays dividend, bonus, and split events directly on price charts
  • Continuous Futures: Combines historical futures contract data into a continuous stream for analysis
  • Chart Autosave: Automatically saves your last-used indicators, drawings, and timeframes so your layout reopens the same way next time

Each toggle is optional and can be enabled based on your trading strategy.

Steps to manage chart preferences

  • Click the Settings icon (gear symbol) on any chart or use the dropdown from the top-right corner.
  • Select Charts from the left-side menu.
  • Toggle any of the following based on your needs:
    • Corporate Actions: Show/hide dividend or split events
    • Continuous Futures: View futures contracts as uninterrupted data
    • Chart Autosave: Save your last-used chart layout automatically
  • Changes are applied instantly—no manual save required.
