FIA (FYERS Intelligent Assistant) is designed to help you explore market data, check your portfolio, and screen stocks by typing simple questions in your own words. To get the best results and avoid confusion, follow these basic dos and don’ts.
Dos – What You Should Do
- Use clear and specific queries: Ask questions like “Show top gainers in Nifty 50 today” or “Analyze my holdings by sector” for best results.
- Stick to one topic per query: FIA responds more accurately when questions are direct and focused.
- Use built-in shortcut options: Quick actions like “Create Screener” and “Research Stocks” streamline your workflow.
- Start a new chat if answers get unclear: FIA may give confused or unrelated replies after about 10 questions in a single session. Start a new chat to reset it.
- Cross-check all outputs: FIA uses AI-generated insights. Always verify important information through other sources or tools.
- Explore chat history: Use the history panel and search function to review or reuse past questions.
Don’ts – What to Avoid
- Don’t ask for investment advice: FIA does not suggest which stocks to buy/sell or give financial advice.
- Don’t type vague prompts: Avoid questions like “What should I trade today?”—FIA cannot interpret subjective queries.
- Don’t expect charts or visuals: All answers are text-only. FIA doesn’t support charts, graphs, or screenshots.
- Don’t try to place orders via FIA: It cannot execute trades or modify positions. Use your order panel for transactions.
- Don’t use it for account or platform help: FIA can’t assist with login issues, order errors, or account queries. Instead, contact us for support.
Think of FIA as your stock research assistant—not a financial advisor or trading tool. Clear questions = better answers.
