Quick Start Guide to View and Manage Positions

This quick guide explains how to track and manage your active positions in FYERS. The Positions tab shows real-time P&L, holding size, and product type, and lets you square off, reverse, convert, or exit all positions on both FYERS App and Web.

On FYERS App

  • Tap Portfolio from the bottom navigation to access Positions.
  • Switch between tabs to view by Status, P&L, Underlying, Products, or Symbol type.
  • Each position displays Quantity, Buy Average, LTP, Live P&L, Day’s Change, and Product Type.
  • Tap a position to Square Off, Add SL/Target, Reverse Position, or Convert Product (if eligible).
  • Use Exit All to close multiple positions at once.
  • Use Smart Exit to manage portfolio-level P&L.

On FYERS Web

  • Click Portfolio from the top navigation and open the Positions tab.
  • Use tabs to switch between Stocks and F&O positions.
  • Each position displays Quantity, Buy Avg, LTP, Day’s Change, Live & Total P&L, and Product Type.
  • Click a position to Square Off, Add SL/Target, Reverse Position, or Convert Product (if eligible).
  • Use Exit All to close multiple positions.
  • Use Smart Exit to manage P&L across multiple positions.
Positions reflect live trades. Once fully squared off or expired, they are removed from the Positions tab and, for delivery trades, move to Holdings.
