FYERS makes it easy to act on a symbol—whether it’s analysing charts, switching exchanges, or placing a quick trade. This guide walks you through the interactive features available right from the Watchlist view.
From the My watchlists tab, select a symbol in your active list (e.g., NIFTY50-INDEX). A detailed panel opens on the right showing tabs such as: Overview, Charts, Fundamentals, F&O, Technicals, Corporate details.
You can also compare two symbols side-by-side using the split chart view.
Tip: You can scroll or toggle between these tabs without navigating away from the watchlist.
Taking quick action from the Watchlist
Each symbol row includes direct action buttons:
- B (Buy) – opens the Buy Order window
- S (Sell) – opens the Sell Order window
- Chart icon – opens a detailed chart in the charting panel
- Other icons – include market depth, option chain, open in new tab, and delete icon to remove the symbol from the watchlist
Additionally, Buy and Sell buttons also appear at the top of the symbol’s chart view, allowing quick order placement from within the analysis screen.
Switching between NSE and BSE for a symbol
Symbols listed on multiple exchanges will display a tag (e.g., NSE). Click the tag or switch icon (if available) to toggle between NSE and BSE. The details panel and available actions update according to the selected exchange.
Note: This feature helps you compare prices or liquidity between exchanges without leaving your watchlist.
Entering full screen symbol view
Click anywhere on the symbol row (not just buttons) to open the fullscreen view. This opens the symbol’s detailed page covering all available data, including technical indicators and multi-timeframe charting.
Use the back arrow to return to your watchlist when done.
