Whether you're researching market trends or reviewing earlier portfolio insights, FIA lets you scroll through past interactions and re-access useful queries on both FYERS Web and App.
How chat history works in FIA?
- FIA maintains a persistent record of your past queries across sessions.
- History is automatically organised by date and cannot be manually cleared.
- There is no export or download option.
- The interface includes a search bar to help locate specific questions quickly.
Steps to view chat history in FIA
Here are the steps to view chat history in FIA on FYERS Web and App:
On FYERS App
- Open the FYERS App.
- Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner.
- Go to FIA from the menu options.
- Click on the history icon in the top-right corner.
- Scroll through the list or use the 'Search history' field to filter results.
On FYERS Web
- Log in to FYERS Web.
- Click the FIA icon in the Markets section (top-right corner).
- FIA opens up—click on the history icon in the top-left corner.
- A side panel will open, listing all your past queries by date.
- Scroll through the list or use the 'Search history' field to filter results.
Use the 'Search history' bar to quickly revisit useful queries, especially when comparing daily sector performance or recurring stock trends.
What If...
| Scenario | What Happens |

| You log out of FYERS | FIA chat history stays saved and accessible on next login. |
| You want to delete your query history | Not possible—there is no clear/delete option at this time. |
| You repeat a past question | FIA returns a fresh, updated response using current data. |
| Answer is incomplete/unclear | FIA may start giving gibberish or irrelevant answers after ~10 queries in one session. Start a new chat to reset context. |
