How to redeem mutual funds in Fyers Direct?
Redeeming mutual funds on Fyers Direct is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth redemption:
- Navigate to the dashboard and select either holdings or SIP.
- Click on the redeem option. An option to 'Authorize holdings' will appear.
- Tick the checkbox corresponding to the scrips you wish to redeem.
- Enter the quantities you're authorising through E-DIS (Electronic Delivery Instruction Slip).
- Click on 'Authorize {1} Scrips', followed by 'Yes'. This will lead to a CDSL (Central Depository Services Limited) authorization page popping up.
- If you're unaware of your TPIN, click on "Forgot CDSL TPIN". A new TPIN will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number by CDSL.
- On the CDSL page, click on "Submit". Complete the two-factor authentication by inputting the TPIN and the subsequent OTP.
- Enter the TPIN once more and click on "Verify".
- Upon successful authorization, a confirmation message reading 'eDIS transaction done successfully' will be displayed.
- Now, you can close the window and proceed to place your sell orders.
