How to place GTT orders in FYERS Next?

To place GTT orders in FYERS Next, follow these steps:

  1. Login to FYERS Next and select the desired instrument.
  2. Go to 'Trading' and select the 'Buy/Sell Trigger Order' option available under 'Special Order.' Select the validity as 'GTT' (or). Just use the shortcut 'F1/F2' and click on 'GTT' available on the top right side of the order panel. 
  3. Specify the trigger condition and enter the order details, such as order type, quantity, price, validity, etc.
  4. If you wish to place trigger conditions on both sides, i.e., stop-loss and target, you can check the box 'OCO' (One Cancels Other) and enter the required details.
  5. Review the order details and click the 'Buy/Sell' button to create the GTT order.

Points to remember:

  1. The GTT orders will not appear under the 'Orderbook' but the 'Trigger OrderBook.'
  2. Once the GTT order/s are placed, you can check the details/modify/cancel/track only from 'Trigger OrderBook' under 'OrderBook.'
