How To Get the Corporate Actions Report in FYERS?
The corporate actions report shows all adjustments and benefits related to your holdings, such as dividends, bonus shares, stock splits, mergers, demergers, buybacks, rights issues, and capital reduction.
You can access it anytime from the Reports section in the FYERS App.
Steps on FYERS App
- Open the FYERS App and log in.
- Tap the Menu (☰) in the top-left corner.
- Go to Reports → Corporate Actions.
- The Corporate Actions report has separate sections for dividends, bonuses, stock splits, mergers, demergers, buybacks, rights issues, and capital reduction.
- You can also download Corporate Actions reports starting from FY 2024 for your records.
The Corporate Actions reports cover every major corporate action on your holdings, so you don’t have to track them separately.
What If...
| Situation | What to do |

| My dividend is not in the ledger | Dividends are credited directly to your bank account, not your trading balance. |
| My share quantity looks different | This could be due to a bonus, split, merger, or capital reduction. Check Corporate Actions for details. |
| I don’t see a corporate action yet | It may take a few days after the record date for allotments or credits to appear. |
