We do not recommend our clients disable the Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP). However, If your wish to disable the TOTP feature, the procedure is as below:

  1. Go to My Account and click on 'Manage Account' (Under your profile).
  2. Scroll down, and you will see 'External 2FA TOTP', click on 'Disable.'
  3. You get a pop-up 'Are You Sure?', Click on 'Disable'.

NoteOnce TOTP is disabled, you can re-enable it again whenever required (refer to this article).
